Marki Microwave baluns offer the best phase balance, amplitude balance, and common mode rejection over the widest bandwidths of any product commercially available. Commonly used to interface to analog-to-digital converters and digital-to-analog converters, used in large-element phased arrays, and in differential cable test sets, these baluns use a unique architecture combined with sophisticated and proprietary assembly techniques.

  • Broadband Baluns use magnetic material to extend their operating range below 1 GHz. Common applications include broadband interfaces for Analog to Digital and Digital to Analog converters that require full band frequency coverage
  • Banded Baluns use a planar circuit construction to cover frequencies starting above 1 GHz. They are more repeatable and available in smaller packages (including MMICs) vs broadband baluns that require magnetic materials
