Notes

  1. Prior to any returns for a defective goods/warranty claim, customer must obtain in advance a Return material Authorization (“RMA”) from Marki Microwave.
  2. After RMA notification, all material must be received at Marki Microwave within 30 days, or the RMA will expire, and any late returns will be rejected, and the material returned to the Customer at Customer expense or may be discarded as set forth below.
  3. Material returned without proper protective packaging to prevent physical damage, contamination, and/or ESD damage shall be submitted for evaluation only.

If the return is related to a part failure, please complete the questions below if known:

  1. For a Failure Analysis on Surface Mount Devices or Die, parts must be still on their board and not subjected to further damage.
  2. An evaluation fee of $500 may be assessed if parts returned are functioning and spec compliant (within warranty).
  3. An evaluation fee of $500 will be assessed if the parts are found to be out of warranty. In such circumstances, Customer will be notified, and Marki Microwave may provide a quote for a repair or replacement fee if requested, at Marki’s discretion.
  4. Unless otherwise agreed in a signed written contract, Marki Microwave warrants that all goods when sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of shipment, as evidenced by the Marki packing list. Marki Microwave’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement (or in Marki’s discretion, repair), of goods which under our examination are determined to our satisfaction to be defective and covered under warranty. In no event shall Marki Microwave’s liability, including request for Failure analysis or for any breach of warranty exceed the net selling price of the defective goods. Marki Microwave disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purchase, or course of dealing.
  5. Non-defective/out-of-warranty product, or returns without a valid RMA, will be held for 60 days, and if Customer has not yet provided for return shipping within that time may then discarded with no further obligation by Marki Microwave.
