At Marki Microwave we take your right to privacy seriously. We never sell your personal data to any third party.

This privacy policy describes how and why Marki Microwave, LLC. (“Marki,” “we,” or “us”), might collect, store, use, and/or share (collectively, “Process”) your information when you use our website and its online services and content (collectively, the “Site”). If you do not agree with anything contained in this policy, please do not use the Site.

Information We Collect Automatically

What is Collected: For all users who visit our Site, we collect certain information automatically that includes, but may not be limited to, your Internet service provider, Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, and operating system. Other information collected may include the date and time of your arrival at and departure from the Site, the names and web addresses of referring websites, the specific pages you choose to visit on the Site, and certain search terms that you may have employed to find the Site. Use: Information collected automatically from users is used only for purposes of review, by us and our Site administrative consultants, including tailoring pages to your specific technology environment, analyzing traffic and search trends, generating aggregate demographic information, and general Site administration.

Children and Parents

Marki Microwave does not intend to collect personally identifiable information from children under age 16 without permission of the child’s parent or legal guardian. Children under the age of 16 should submit personally identifiable information to Marki Microwave only with the explicit permission of their parent or legal guardian. If your child has submitted personal information and you would like to request that such information be removed, you may do so as indicated below and Marki Microwave will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request.

As an EU data subject, you may request information about the types of personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, rectify or correct it if it is incomplete or incorrect, request for it to be erased from our systems, withdraw an earlier consent for us to use your personal data, object to our further use or disclosure of your personal data, or restrict our further processing of your personal data. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to enable our servers to recognize your web browser, tell us how and when you visit, analyze trends, learn about our users and operate and improve our Site. Transfer of Your Personal Data: The Marki Site is hosted and operated in the United States by Marki and its service providers. By using the Site, you acknowledge that any personal data about you, regardless of whether provided by you or obtained from a third party, is being provided to Marki in the U.S. and will be hosted on U.S. servers, and you authorize Marki to transfer, store and process your information to and in the U.S., and possibly other countries.

Disclosure in Corporate Transactions: We may disclose personal information as part of a contemplated or actual corporate transaction such as a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
