MM1-2567L Mixer Package Diagram
Marki Microwave is famous for producing ultra-broadband mixers up to 65 GHz. Now with the added capabilities provided by designing on GaAs, we are proud to introduce our highest frequency mixer ever: the MM1-2567LS. This mixer features a flat, smooth conversion loss from 25-67 GHz with a low frequency IF. The IF response extends to above 30 GHz with only 4 dB additional conversion loss. As with all MMIC mixers it is CAD optimized for high isolations and spurious suppressions. It is currently offered as a connectorized module in our compact S package and also in wire bondable die.
