LO Driver Surface Mount

Marki Microwave surface mount MMIC driver amplifiers are optimized to drive mixers, IQ mixers, frequency multipliers and NLTL comb generators with convenient and enabling features such as positive-only bias, low phase, and high PAE. ADM amplifiers improve the linearity of our high performance T3 and MT3 mixers, the low phase noise APM amplifiers enable low noise frequency multiplication while also simplifying design with its positive-only supply, and our power-efficient AMM amplifiers enable the latest mmwave applications. All Marki Microwave SMT amplifiers are offered in industry-standard QFN packages with the notable exception of our high-gain mmwave AMM-6702SM utilizing a proprietary KFN package.

LO Driver Bare Die/Modules

Marki Microwave bare die and connectorized MMIC driver amplifiers are optimized to drive mixers, IQ mixers, frequency multipliers and NLTL comb generators with convenient and enabling features such as positive-only bias, low phase, and high PAE. ADM amplifiers improve the linearity of our high performance T3 and MT3 mixers and provide up to 1W and 35dB gain, the low phase noise APM amps enable low noise frequency multiplication while also simplifying design with its positive-only supply, and our power-efficient AMM amplifiers enable the latest mmwave applications up to 60GHz. All Marki Microwave MMIC die amplifiers are offered as a small wire-bondable chip to enable high-density integration and achieve optimal performance at high frequencies. We also offer our MMIC die in connectorized modules, expertly assembled at our factory in California, ideal for high performance product and test applications.

Gain Blocks Bare Die

Marki Microwave bare die MMIC gain blocks provide high performance, wide bandwidth, and simplified application all in a very small footprint. The AKA series are cascadable InGaP HBT amplifiers with high P1dB, high OIP3, operate from a single positive supply, and support applications DC to 14 GHz. The wire-bondable chip is a small 0.40 x 0.43 mm enabling integration into high-density multi-channel applications.
