Designed with high linearity and flat or upsloping gain over multi-octave bandwidths, these are the preferred choice for wideband applications in radar and emerging 5G bands while also enabling our narrowband customers to design common architectures that span up to 35GHz of spectrum. When driven into saturation the AMM series amplifiers provide clean, stable, and power efficient amplification of your reference oscillator for driving our industry-leading mixer and IQ mixer products. Comprehensive packaging R&D enabled our latest mmwave amplifiers to be offered in tiny 3x3mm QFNs, working up to an incredible 57GHz.
