Introducing Marki Microwave’s APM Series of GaAs amplifiers featuring low phase noise, high output power, and ability to run off a convenient 5V supply. To enable the next generation of noise-sensitive applications including radar, wireless chipset testing, and frequency sources we designed the single-stage APM-6849 to achieve a low additive phase noise of -170dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset. If you require more gain, the dual-stage APM-6848 is the ideal choice. To enable higher power and lower frequency applications such as driving our NLTL comb generators, we recommend the APM-7098 or APM-7099. All offer at least +20 dBm saturated output to drive our wide selection of L, H, and S-diode mixers and multipliers.
