Concerned about additive phase noise? Looking to eliminate negative supply rails and power sequencing? Is board space a premium? Introducing Marki Microwave’s APM Series of GaAs amplifiers featuring low phase noise, internal bias, and able to run off a convenient 5V supply. To enable the next generation of noise-sensitive applications including radar, wireless chipset testing, and frequency sources we designed the single-stage APM-6849 to achieve a low additive phase noise of -170dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset. If you require more gain, the dual-stage APM-6848 is the ideal choice. Both offer +21 dBm saturated output to drive our wide selection of L, H, and S-diode mixers and multipliers.
